The Hawthorn Child Care Centre believes in providing an educational program that caters for individual needs. The program is designed so that children are given the opportunity to reach their full potential in cognitive, emotional/social, language, fine and gross motor skills. Because the program caters for individuals, children go along at their own rate. The program fosters independence by offering challenging and open learning activities. Staff encourage children to use their imagination and further develop self confidence, respect for others and understanding of the world around them. The program is displayed in each rooms notice board and parental feedback is encouraged.
